Camira Dental Cancellation Policy

To provide the best care to all our patients and to respect our clinicians’ time, we kindly ask that you follow the cancellation policy outlined below.

Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling

• We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than the required notice may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee

Missed Appointments (No-Shows)

• Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice will be considered a no-show.

• No-show appointments may incur a fee of $50.

• Repeated missed appointments may result in limited future booking availability or a requirement for prepayment.

Late Arrivals

• If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you; however, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid delaying other patients.

• Late arrivals may be treated as a missed appointment if treatment cannot be provided.
