Ellen-Pun

Ellen attended Somerville House Brisbane, then attended the University of Queensland graduating with her dental degree in 2010.

Ellen was born in Brisbane to parents who migrated to Australia from Hong Kong in the 70’s. After graduating dentistry in 2010, Ellen gained an array of experience working full-time for Queensland health in their Sunshine coast and Logan clinics. She joined our team in 2011, initially on a part-time basis. However, it didn’t take her long before she decided to jump on board full-time with us.

Her passion for serving the community in both public and private sectors has fuelled a particular interest in restorative dentistry, oral surgery and root canal treatment. She does, however, enjoy all aspects of dentistry and is always up for a challenge!

Ellen strives to provide a high standard of care to her patients and also works with utmost precision to ensure her work is of the highest quality. Her gentle and kind hearted nature ensures that everyone receives a comfortable, pleasant and painless experience.

Ellen believes in the importance of continuing education and regularly attends courses and conferences to keep up to date with the latest innovations in dentistry. She is also a member of the Australian Dental Association and attends a study group regularly.

When Ellen isn’t at work, you will find her in her kitchen cooking up a storm or in another city/country exploring new sights and cuisines. But most of the time you will find her cuddling her puppy, Belle. Ellen also enjoys spending time with family and friends, be it over a meal, watching the latest blockbuster movie, training for Bridge to Brisbane or hiking up a mountain.
